Maui Hostels Playa Del Carmen

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the tourist area, close to stores, restaurants, and a public beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide information about the neighborhood. We were impressed by the quality of service and the level of comfort offered. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The AC worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was great, and there was even a TV with Netflix for entertainment. We also loved the rooftop terrace, with its relaxing dip pool and outdoor shower, it was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views.

I had an amazing stay at the hostel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The private suite I stayed in was not only comfortable, but also spotlessly clean and well-designed. I loved having my own kitchen in the room, which was super convenient. The location of the hostel was perfect, situated near the nicer part of town and close to everything I needed. Additionally, the hostel had great facilities, including a beautiful rooftop pool area where I met new friends and enjoyed working. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to everything, and the helpful staff were the highlights of my stay.

The location of the hostel is a major advantage as it is close to everything - shops, restaurants, and the main street. The hostel offers a rooftop pool, which although small, provides a pleasant spot to relax. The breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious. There are also good storage facilities for valuables and the design of the hostel offers plenty of privacy.

The wifi in the hostel is poor and often doesn't work, even when connected.

Great common area with a clean pool and affordable bar. Nice place to relax. Comfortable dorm beds, good air conditioning, and excellent showers. Friendly atmosphere with welcoming staff. Social activities were fun and well organized.

No reception on site and lack of information given before arrival. Some rooms were not ready upon arrival.

The beds were comfortable and provided privacy with curtains. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooftop area was a great spot to relax during the day. The AC and water pressure in the shower were excellent. The included Netflix was a bonus for rainy days. I would recommend this hostel for its convenience and amenities.
